About us
Dignity Pathways International
An international initiative of Philly Co-Lab, Inc., a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Mission
Dignity Pathways International works to prevent human trafficking, forced labor, deceptive recruitment, and exploitation by promoting safe migration, ethical employment, worker protection, survivor-centered support, and long-term economic independence.
Vision
A world where every person can pursue economic opportunity without sacrificing their safety, freedom, or human dignity.
How SafePath works
SafePath is a global program. Instead of building out full local operations one country at a time, we connect people with vetted local resources based on their specific situation, wherever they're migrating from or to. It centers on the moment before a decision is made: before a fee is paid, a contract is signed, or a flight is booked. That is when accurate information can do the most good.

How we work
Educational, not certifying
We help people identify risks and ask better questions. We do not certify employers or guarantee that any opportunity is safe.
Before the decision, not after the harm
SafePath focuses on the window before money is paid, a contract is signed, or travel begins, the point where information has the most power to change an outcome.
Dignity first
Everyone deserves to pursue opportunity without being treated as a victim-in-waiting. We build for people with agency, not people to be rescued.
Built to grow carefully
We expand our verified resource network based on real need, not blanket coverage. When someone's situation involves a country we haven't researched yet, our team looks into it and reaches out directly rather than guessing.
Dignity Pathways International does not certify employers, provide legal advice, or guarantee employment safety. Our information and assessments are educational and intended to help workers identify potential risks and seek appropriate professional assistance.
